Dan’s Networks will only perform and provide services, repairs, and upgrades as requested by the customer. Dan’s Networks shall provide the highest quality of service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed. Computer and/or other equipment service/repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your computer and/or other equipment cannot be repaired. It will have to be rebuilt or upgraded. The length of time required to service/repair cannot be predicted.
You understand that in the process of working on your computer and/or other equipment, there is a potential for data loss. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your data so that, in the event of such loss, the data can be restored.
Dan’s Networks will not be responsible for data loss or for loss or damage to your computer and/or equipment in case of fire, theft accident or any other cause outside their control.
Working on legacy equipment has an inherent risk, as older equipment is prone to sudden failure. Even the act of surveying the equipment can potentially cause damage. By requesting a survey, the customer agrees that Dan’s Networks will not be held liable.
