RDM check scanner device will not scan checks into OnePage

Issue:

RDM check scanner device was blinking green and red LEDs and would not scan checks in the OnePage program.

Solution:

1. The solution was to uninstall all the RDM drivers/files in Windows “Program & Features”.
2. Then reboot the system.
3. Then install the Driver 3.1 files (found at the Google Drive folder link below) https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0b3f0bixcok1jby1pvvzstdrlcmc?usp=sharing
4. Then reboot again.The scanner should be OK after that. In Device Manager there should be a “RDM Simplicity” entry under USB Bus Controllers.
