Issue:
You are able to install the Agent on PCs but the ScreenConnect software wouldn’t install. In the Labtec console it says “client installer MSI can’t be found”
Solution:
On your own computer, in WindowsLTSvcPackagesscreenconnect, there is the MSI installer file.
Tansfer the MSI file to the customer’s screenconnect folder, then run the MSI file fully, then click the icon in Labtec, it will correctly install the MSI successfully.
This appeared to be related to a Cisco Meraki firewall device preventing easy connection with the http://dntwrks.hostedrmm.com site
