How to Remove Labtech Agent (from another Vendor)

ISSUE:

Can not remove prior Vendor’s Labtech install after running the agent uninstaller from our console, and deleting the labtech registry key and reboot.

Solution:

1. In the registry, search for “LabTechAD”
2. If you find it under HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionInstaller then delete it.
3. If you find it under HKCUSoftwareMicrosoftInstallerProducts then delete all listed ( It may have a random GUID, then Features, InstallProperties, Patches, and Usage)
4. Then run the generic installer at https://cp.labtechsoftware.com/#/agent-uninstaller
5. Reboot.
