ISSUE:
when clicking Print in Crystal Reports, it would not let the user print for a very long time (30 minutes)
Solution:
The issue was that the Crystal Reports program was trying to interface with all the printers the PC had listed in “Printers and Devices”. Once we removed all the printers but the default, the printer screen comes up right away.
